I was amazed at how fucking ignorant those phone operators were. I am sure to get that position, they need at least a GED, and I know they're not hard to get, but they're not just issued to every breathing person. They have to at least know what a dollar and a cent is.

he could have solved the problem about 100times faster had he just explained that the representatives needed reading skills, not math skills.
