He doesn't even have the cloak that the guy has on in the picture. It has to be the Euro server, even though the seller is in California, considering there is only 1 Might of Menethil on the US one. The guy also doesn't list Sulfuras, which I'm sure most people would put down just because it's ZOMFG ORANGE and sells on eBay.

The listing says he's transferable, which means he would have had to transfer the character more than a month ago. It is entirely possible, but I don't think someone interested in selling would want to wait a full month. Besides, people from his old guild would figure out he's transferring and selling anyways, and what would he care?
