The things are tallyed every week, does that mean a new winner for each thing every week?

Each week, there will be 3 winners, one per category (Linen Bandages, Silk Bandages, and Light Leather). The top contributor for each category will get a free trip to Molten Core!

I went to the eye doctor today and he has to upgrade my contacts, but he had to order them. It´s not my fault I didn´t see it!

It's ok. But really, you could technically win every week and pretty much gear yourself out completely in your tier 1 set (that is if the BoE epics dropped as well)

this is a pretty good deal though... I've been farming Linen Cloth every chance i get to go to the barrens. Really we shouldn't need a contest to promote handing in such items, but alliance is slacking vs horde =\

Horde and Alliance are in better balance than most servers. Horde have less to hand in to make up for the fact that almost everywhere they are outnumbered pretty badly. When they are similar in numbers and have less to hand in, they're going to have it done faster.

Yeah, alliance has ~2.4 million turnins, vs hordes ~1.4 million turnins.
Alliance has to turn in 71% more items.
